Shipping
Standard UK Shipping - £3.45 (Free over £100 spend) - All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should arrive within 2 days.
European Shipping - £12 - All orders to Europe are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and estimated delivery is 5-7 days, however there can be delays at customs which are outside of our control.
Rest of World Shipping - £18 - All orders are sent via a Tracked or Signed Royal Mail service and estimated delivery is 5-7 days, however there can be delays at customs which are outside of our control.
Customs Charges
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your domestic import laws. These fees are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns

Returns Timeline
Returns can be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and must be posted within 14 days of your return approval.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must unworn, unwashed and be in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.
Return Postage
Return postage will be at the expense of the buyer unless item was received not as described. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a Royal Mail pre-paid postage label and a QR code via email.
Simply scan the QR code at your local Post Office to print and attach the label.

Refunds & Vouchers
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or provided as a voucher for future use on our website.
Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website and do not expire.
